If you submit any content to our website (e.g., comments or reviews), you grant ChartLooper a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, modify, or distribute it. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Unless shown otherwise, prices are exclusive of taxes; applicable taxes may be calculated and added during checkout or invoicing.

Promotion codes and discounts apply according to their stated terms. They may reduce the amount due today or future subscription invoices, but they do not create a cash payout or refund unless expressly stated or required by law.

ChartLooper is a backtesting and trading workflow tool. Content and features on the website are provided for informational and software-use purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

If you connect a supported broker account, you authorize ChartLooper to access and process the account information and trading history needed to provide the journal synchronization you request.

• The cTrader integration requests account access only. ChartLooper cannot use it to place, modify, or close orders.
• Broker integrations depend on third-party services and may be delayed, interrupted, rate-limited, incomplete, or changed by the provider. You remain responsible for checking imported information against your broker records before relying on it.
• You may pause synchronization or disconnect an account. Disconnecting removes the applicable authorization when it is no longer shared by another connected account, but does not automatically delete journal history that was already imported.
• Your use of a connected broker service is also subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

The NinjaTrader / Tradovate Connection is limited to gated Demo development and is disabled for production and Live use. Any future production activation requires separate written provider and legal approval, a provider-hosted authorization that cannot trade, verified history and monetary semantics, security and compliance review, and exact-commit live evidence. No current listing or Demo transport creates a brokerage, partnership, endorsement, or right to production provider access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ChartLooper shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the website.
• This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, services, or practices of those external sites.
